Below you will find a list of important information for your stay with us.  Office Hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm.  The emergency phone number is for after hour emergencies only. 
  • Check-in: Check-in time to your villa is 4:00pm 
  • Check-out: Check-out time is 10:00am. If you would like a late check-out please notify the management company, there is a charge for a late check-out. The morning of your departure, please remove towels and sheets and place by the washing machine. If you can start the first load we'd greatly appreciate it! 
  • Air Conditioning: The air conditioning unit must not be set below 74 degrees on any thermostat. The unit can freeze if set below this level. 
  • Electricity: In the US, the voltage is 110 and sockets take a flat two pin plug. Always use a proper adaptor, never attempt to push bare wires ino the sockets. The lamp switches are twist style. UK chargers will operate with the correct adaptors, but will not generally display that the charger is actually working; however, they do take muc longer to charge than normal. 
  • Cleanliness: Please clean up any spills immediately. Do not leave food out as this leads to ants and other pests! 
  • Blinds: The blinds in the house are very fragile. If opening a door, please open the blinds fully, as they will break. When opening, please turn the vertical slats to the open position before drawing them back, as this can also damange them. If they go out of alignment, please do not try and adjust by moving the mechanism at the top. Call the management company to re-align. 
  • Damage: All damage must be reported to the management office immediately. 
  • Furniture: Please do not sit on any furniture in the house with wet swimwear or sun tan lotion, as this will stain the furniture. A cleaning cost will be deducted from your security deposit if excess cleaning is necessary upon your departure. Coasters are provided in all rooms; please utilize for beverages. 
  • Guests: Only guests named on the booking form may stay in the house. You are responsible for the behavior of your party. 
  • House Equipment: Do no remove any items from the house. Bathroom and pool towels ar provided for your convenience during your stay. 
  • House Systems: Please do not adjust the pool valves, irrigation valves or air-conditioning unit. 
  • Inventory: The management company has checked the house inventory prior to your stay. Please take care of the items within the house. Losses and damages will be deducted from your security deposit. For the conveniences of others, please return items to the places in which you found them. 
  • Outdoor Cooking: Please be advised that on the Fire Marshall's instructions, only gas or electric barbecues and grills are allowed to be used at this property. These should be kept well away from the house and cage netting at all times. Please clean up after use to avoid a $50 charge. 
  • Pool Alarms: The door to the pool deck is fitted with an alarm for your safety. Do not tamper with this alarm in any way whatsoever. 
  • Security: For the protection of your own belongings and ours, please ensure that all doors are securely locked. We would also recommend that you are security consious throughout your stay and keep external doors locked when  not in use. 
  • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. 
  • Sports: Please be aware that ball games are not permitted in the street. Please do not play ball games int eh pool area. Any damage to the pool cage netting will  be charged to the guests. 
  • Toilets/Pipes: The waste pipes in Florida are small in diameter and get blocked very easily. Do not dispose of any waste in the toilets except toilet tissue. Bulky items such as nappies and personal hygiene products must not be placed in the toilets as these will cause blockage. Please use the bins provided for refuse. If a plumber as to be called, you will charged. 
  • Trash/Garbage: All trash must be sealed in sacks and then placed in the external trash receptacles at the side of the house with lids firmly placed on. Please leave the bins in teh enclosure outside and not in the garage. Do not leave trash in the house as well, as this encourages pests. Trash is collected typically early on the collection days. Please ensure that trash cans are placed at the curb edge the evening prior. Trash receptacles must be returned back to the enclosure before the end of the collection day. Re-cycled waste is placed in the small yellow container (if the house provides ones). This includes glass, plastic and cardboard.
